DESCRIPTION:Cleary presents "Planets in Harmony\," free Ann Arbor Symphony concert \n\n \n\n(LIVINGSTON COUNTY\, MI) Cleary University once again is proud to partner with the Ann Arbor Symphony Orchestra for a second concert this season\, "Planets in Harmony." The performance will take place Friday\, Feb. 20\, from 6 pm to 8 pm at Cleary Commons on the Cleary University campus in Howell. The entire community is welcome to attend the free concert.\n\n \n\nA Secunda Social Hour kicks off the evening from 6 pm to 7 pm with a hands-on art experience for concert-goers of all ages. Learn about world-renown artist Arthur Secunda's work with NASA as a color visualization consultant and try your hand at transforming images from space into colorful art. This experience also is free. The Arthur Secunda Museum\, which is home to the largest collection of Secunda's art\, is on exhibit at Cleary University.\n\n \n\nAfter the social hour\, which includes complimentary light snacks and refreshments (beer and wine is available for purchase with a credit card)\, the concert begins\, featuring pianist Kathryn Goodson from the Ann Arbor Symphony Orchestra. Through her music\, she will celebrate creativity\, community and the wonders of the universe.\n\n \n\nConcert-goers will find plenty of free parking\, convenient entrance to the Commons\, handicap accessibility and ample seating.\n\n \n\nThe event is free\, but donations to support the continuation of this concert series are appreciated.\n\n \n\nPlease RSVP at www.cleary.edu/attend-the-planets-in-harmony-concert-at-cleary-university-performed-by-the-ann-arbor-symphony-orchestra-feb-20/.\n\n\n\nCleary University is located at 3750 Cleary Drive in Howell (off Grand River and west of Latson Road).
