Festivus (for the rest of us): The Airing of Grievances...and letting them go...

(Yes, we know Festivus is normally Dec. 23...but we thought we'd all be a little busy that day). So....happy belated Festivus! We're continuing the tradition started by Frank Costanza (google it) - celebrating Festivus (for the rest of us). Join your facilitator Lori Barresi as we gather around the aluminum pole for the Airing of Grievances - whether from the holidays or just any time. Then, you'll learn practical techniques to transform them and let them go for good. If you're holding onto past wrongs, feel you were treated unfairly, stewing over conversations, or holding onto hurts, this free session is for you to see these events through a new lens, and ultimately learn skills that you can take with you to use any time. This will be a fun, lighthearted event that you'll come away with some practical skills you can use all year 'round.
