GLC Property Maintenance is looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our snow removal team for the upcoming 2026-2027 winter season!

This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to earn competitive hourly pay during the winter months while working with an established, locally owned company serving Southeast Michigan for over 25 years.

Position Responsibilities

• Shovel and clear snow from sidewalks, walkways, entrances, and other designated areas at commercial properties.

• Apply ice-melting products as directed.

• Work alongside crew members to complete snow removal operations safely and efficiently.

• Respond to winter weather events, including early mornings, overnight hours, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Dependable transportation and ability to report to work on short notice.

• Willingness to work outdoors in winter weather conditions.

• Ability to perform physically demanding work for extended periods.

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work as part of a team.

• Previous snow removal experience is helpful but not required.
