Experience:

• HS Diploma or GED, technical certification or associate degree in industrial maintenance or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in industrial equipment maintenance, preferable in a manufacturing environment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Familiarity with hydraulic, pneumatic, and electric systems
• Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
