Michigan Sports Academy-Livingston is the county's original indoor baseball and softball training center. Originally located on McPherson Park Drive, MSA-Livingston opened in December 2010 and remained at that location until September 2017, when we moved onto Grand River in downtown Howell next to the Ace Hardware (formerly Grundy's) and with the fabulous Tony Poma of Tony's Dogs at the front of our parking lot.
MSA has batting cages that are open to the public (self-serving machines not coin-operated). We also do individual and small group training, conduct various clinics and camps, and have monthly and annual memberships.
In June of 2020, MSA began our unconventional but tremendously successful dealership with U-Haul. While you normally don't think baseball training and truck rental, the two have meshed really well. In addition to trucks and trailers, we have boxes and various packing supplies.
