Join the Cultura Celebration of music, art and food
(HOWELL, MI) Celebrate a cultural experience from around the world in downtown Howell on Saturday, Sept. 27 from noon to 6 pm.
 
Cultura, an annual event of music, art and food, will take place at the Howell Opera House. The public is welcome to view uniquely symbolic art from many local artists, listen to music from all parts of the world, and taste culinary delights from food trucks featuring cuisine from international regions. The public can enjoy music on two stages at the Howell Opera House. Visual art will be on display inside the opera house.
 
The Livingston Diversity Council and the Livingston Arts Council will host this third annual celebration. Everyone of all ages is welcome to join the festivities. Admission is FREE!
 
“All aspects of the event will lead the attendees to learn just a little more about different cultures through music, art and food,” says Nicole Matthews-Creech, executive director of the Livingston Diversity Council. “Cultura is an ideal opportunity to open our minds and hearts to a greater understanding and deeper sense of global community – all on our streets in downtown Howell. This is a celebration you will not want to miss!”
